Also, if the DVLA V5C registration document is missing, they’ll also have to provide a utility bill from the previous 3 months- showing their address.

What is an End of Life Vehicle?

An End of Life Vehicle can no longer be used or economically repaired, for whatever reason. These vehicles are dismantled, depolluted and recycled at authorised treatment facilities.
