How do I let the DVLA know my car isn’t being driven?

To let the DVLA know your car’s not in use, you should apply for a Statutory Off-Road Notification for your vehicle. Keep in mind that when your car is SORN, you will not be able to drive it or keep it on a public road.

Will you be able to collect my car if I’ve lost the keys?

Yes. Since we regularly collect cars that have been badly damaged in accidents, missing keys do not represent a problem for our scrap partners.
