I had a few enquiries and the different guys that I spoke to at customer enquiries was really friendly and helpful. I asked for an early/ first pick up and was told they would do their best. The night before I received a text asking if a 6:30am pick up would be possible. I agreed. Earlier the better for me. The morning of the pick up I had a call from the driver (John) who informed me he wasn’t far and sure enough he arrived on the agreed time. When he arrived he was so helpful and really friendly. The car was on the back of the lorry and paperwork sorted all within 15 mins. Can’t recommend these guys enough and I would definitely use again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Selected the exact day I wanted the vehicle picking up. Had a message on day of collection saying the drivers name and that he was on his way. Within no time he was here and very friendly and professional. Car was loaded and within 2 minutes of paperwork completed the money was in my account.
